Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before being handed to our courier. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery – Australia

We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 AUD via Australia Post, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $110 AUD ship free. We deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

Delivery – New Zealand

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $14.95 AUD via Australia Post International, with delivery typically taking 5–10 business days. Orders over $110 AUD ship free. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lylarose.com.au

 with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
